This exercise works your shoulders.


V-Ups Benefits:

- Toned shoulder muscles

- Improved functional ability with everyday tasks (for example: lifting a box onto a shelf)

- Improves muscular imbalance which helps prevent injuries



Try doing 3 sets of 5 reps of push-back push-ups.  Take a 2 minute break in between each set
